Very Sore, Any Idea's?

Well Sister's, here is my latest issue. I had to take my son for a surgery an hour's drive from my home. Of course I had to do the waiting and sitting for hours in the hospital. I had substantial bleeding last night, but got a hotel room and stayed there in bed for a while till I could get him this morning and take him home. The bleeding did stop this morning, thank goodness, but I am very sore in the sitting area's. (front and back, all surface soreness.) Any idea's on what would be soothing or relieving?

Thanks so much!!!

I hope your sons surgery went well. Hugs
Not long ago I was at the ER for 7 hours and was very sore from standing/sitting too long. All I did when I got home was to take my 800 mg IB, stayed in bed and rested. Felt better later that evening but I didn't do anything else for a while.

I hope you feel better soon.

I would have to agree with the others...ibruprofen, heating pad and lay down. The more you move, the worse it is. I know it's not easy when you have children (I have two), but try to rest as much as possible. Let others get things for you, etc. I do hope your son is getting better, I had a sick son also. I am sure you are worried for him. Will keep you both in my thoughts!
