Bleeding After Relations post- hyster

I had my hysterectomy on 7-1-08. my doctor relised me 2 weeks ago. I have been in quite a bit of pain since the proceedure. When my doc seen me he said that I was not healing right. Every time im hit in the stumic I hurt bad. Every time we try to have relations I bleed. (TMI) I sit down on the tolit to do my business and pass a lot of blood. My doctor has not dune much for me. Im thinking about leaveing him and going someware else. Any advice on what i shoud do. I know i need to change docs. I wanna know if any of you have had this issue.

Bleeding After Relations post- hyster

Hi keldriv
I'm sorry to hear you're continuing to have problems this far out from your hyst. I think you know that it's not normal for you to be having all this bleeding and pain. I'm surprised your dr went ahead and released you.

I agree that the best thing you can do is to seek another opinion. Had your dr found anything that could be causing your continuing problems? There are a lot of women who develop granulation tissue that causes pain and bleeding. It's possible you could have something like this. I hope you can get into someone soon so you can find out exactly what you're dealing with. Let us know what you find out. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
's, Rita

why would your dr release you but tell you that you arent healing right? you either need to go back to him to find the cause of your problems or switch dr's and get a second opinion. good luck!
