Smooth Moves?????????

Need some help. I've been trying to locate this "Smooth Moves" tea that I've heard so much about and can't find it anywhere YET. Can anyone help me out.

I think that I have almost everything together for my 9/23 surgery. If I can just keep this allergy/sinus problem from getting any worse. I was doing so much better until today. I sure don't want to cancel the surgery.

Thanks for your help.

Smooth Moves?????????

(((Ladies))) Please don't drink "Smooth Move" or use any other laxative product (yes, it contains senna, a laxative - the same one in Senekot) without asking your DR first. Most DRs tell us laxatives after surgery are a

For future reference, though, "Smooth Move" is carried by many grocery stores, as well as drugstore chains.

I would also advise against using a laxative (and this tea IS a laxative) unless your doctor suggests it -- AFTER you're having problems. For me, the bowel prep carried over after the surgery, and combined with all the stool softeners they gave me in the hospital, I had a problem with stool that was TOO soft. You do NOT want to strain for any reason right after the surgery. What saved me (and you can use safely) were glycerine suppositories. I strongly suggest buying some before your op!

Thanks for your responses. It just seemed that all the tips suggested getting this. I do have the stool softener and will use that assuming the doctor agrees. Will they start you with a stool softener in the hospital?

Ask your DR, as they are all different. Mine did order a stool softener with every meal in the hospital, but some don't.
