Pain, lower left side 6 days post-op TVH

Hi all HysterSisters!
Thank you, all that have gone before and helped me through this! I had a TVH and a bladder sling, (not sure what the technical term for that is, sorry.) and I had major pain pre-op on my lower left side, right above my leg. I was EXTREMELY prolapsed, which was the reason for the hysterectomy, that and a second year of post menopausal polyp scares. Anyway, the pain is still there. It actually seems worse. I see my Gyno in a week, but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this? No other problems except for the very slight spotting I have, getting a bit "redder" from the pink color that it had been.

Thank you in advance, anyone that can help me!

I had a lot of pain on my left side. When I went back to my 1 week follow up, the nurse told me that it was because of how the surgeon did the surgery LAVH. I had a bigger incision on that side. If you are concern, you could call the nurse at your doctor office.

At four weeks out, I am still spotting. But I am on blood thinners.

I don't know if this helps, but hope you feel better soon.

Thank you PeachyKing. I will ask about that when I go in for my appointment, unless it gets worse before then.
