Sleep problem after TVH 13 days postop

Anyone else have them?

The last couple night I wonder around all night. My mind won't let me relax.

I am not sure if I have the same issue, but I am having some insomnia. I am lucky to sleep 2-3 hours at a time and definately not through the night. I attribute this to the new hormones and drama from surgery. I am 9 days post op TAH/BSO.

I plan to check with my doctor at 6 weeks if this continues. I wish you the best and let me know if you find anything out.

I don't think this is unusual. I have had issues sleeping after my LAVH and my BSO. I have my doctor prescribe me a sleeping aid until my body gets back on it's clock. How do I know? I sleep for more than 6 hours straight, but I'll take 6 hours straight than nothing at all! Good luck!
