Watercress & Cream Cheese Sandwiches

1/3 c. fresh watercress
1/4 c. fresh parsley
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick of butter, softened
2 tbsp chopped chives
salt & pepper ( to taste)
8 slices of white bread

Chop watercress & parsley in food processor.Add cream cheese,butter,chives, salt and pepper,continue processing until mixture is blended.Spread on 4 slices of bread, top wih remaining 4.Cut with cookie cutter or in quarters.Cover and refrigerate until needed.
