Sunny Autumn Sunday 9/28/08

It's gorgeous out today. DH and I on our way to Sunday Mass ( the 1230 one...we aren't early birds) Then i hope to spend sometime outside in this lovely weather.

Nancy and Melissa i'm thinkinng of you both.

I feel way too f.a.t. and I've got weighin tomorrow..Oh Oh. I've had a run of some bad weeks with a sprinkle of a good week so so far I'm just staying the same...not actually gaining. Ultimately, I'm okay with that as I'm right where i wanted to be. I just need to work on STAYING where I am NO GAINING.

Take care everyone and have a pretty sunny and reflective day......
