What is the Wiley Protocol?

I was reading a post here and it was talking about the Wiley Protocol. I have no idea what that is an I was wondering. I did some research, but it never really defined it here on the hystersisters web site. Will anybody fill me in?

It's my understanding Wiley's protocol is based on cycling your hrt, which generally does not work for those of us in surgical menopause. It is very controversial and there is much controversy surrounding the person that started this. As wyldeflower mentioned, you can google it to find more info.
