Doctor visit didn't go well
Hey lisa, nothing absoluting. they saw nothing. The dr. called and basically tried to say it was in my head..of course unless I could do the Lupron shot then it wasn't in my head or when I go to see my 2nd opinion, then it is real pain. She basically doesn't want to say that she messed up with adhesions or whatever during the last surgery. I told her that I would not do Lupron after hearing horror stories. She said well let's try it. That is when I said well, I thought you said that it could be my mind making my body think it was in pain so forget it. To say the least, I am very depressed with the whole situation. I don't want to take Ultram for the rest of my life and I don't want to live in pain. I hope you are well

Doctor visit didn't go well
jt...why is this all so difficult for us? I am so mad right now I could spit...I called my doctor's office Tuesday afternoon to basically say please call me back, I'm in pain again, I don't want to do the third shot, I need help. I have yet to receive a call back! I am so very surprised by the way my doctor's office is being run now...not happy at all. I suppose I will now have to make an appt., and pay a co-pay to go in and get medicine. Basically plead my case.
From my understanding though adhesions aren't anybody "messing up." It's just the way some people heal, some form more scar tissue than others. Unfortunately sounds like you and I may be in that group.
Sorry but this just sucks for both of us.

Doctor visit didn't go well
Hi ladies,
I read somewhere about an exercise you can do for adhesions. I can't remember where or the exact method, but it was something like this:
You take a small ball...some may call it a medicine ball....you know, like the ones you exercise with, only smaller. Lie on it....you're going to "roll" it in a "V" from one side to the other. Let's say you start with it on your left....start in the lower ab, pubic area. Roll up to your naval, then roll down to your lower right, pubic area. You're suppose to do this for about 10-15 minutes....slowly.
This gets the blood flowing in the adhesions and supposedly reduces that problem and pain.
I wish I could remember who the lady is that came up with this "procedure"/"exercise".
Try to google it.....it may be just what you need!
Best of luck to you both!!!
