Question about bladder infectiona post LAVH

HI, this is my first post here ever and first in a long time to Hyster Sisters. After my LAVH 6/08 (every thing GONE!!!) I had 3 bladder infections before 6 weeks post op, another at 8 weeks post op. Here I am at 4 months and (sorry TMI here) ITCHING, burning, PAIN!!! I am on estrogen hormone only. for vaginal dryness, hot flashes. But now it hurts to pee, I cannot hold it at all. (Try being 41 years hold and having "accidents"! UGH! LOL)
Question: Is this hormonal or Bladder? I have Dr. appt with internal med regular dr. Next month, Do I ask there or call Gyn Surgeon or Urologist! HELP!!!!

i had a hsyt in 03. everything is gone! expect my right ovary..i have had many bladder infections..
this last 2 i have had have been AWFUL! i get the double wammy a yeast infection,and bladder infection..
i think us gals that have had hysts are just more prone to getting them..
i also had a rectocele and cyctocele repaired in 05..
