Should I get a second opinion?

Hi Ladies,
I am almost 3 weeks post op from A TAH. I am still having medium flow bleeding, and alot of right side pain. I am very weak and tired all the time, I know part of it is due to having major surgury,but I am wondering if it can also be due to blood loss? A week ago Sunday I went to the ER for the second time since my op, due to bleeding and pain, they did a cat scan and blood work and ended up admiting me, my blood count was low and they say the scan showed a hemotoma. My Dr. told me thats why I am still bleeding, that the hemotoma was dissolving through my vagina. Well that was over a week ago, you would think by now it would be dissolved.IDK I am not a Dr. but sounds weird to me. I like my Dr. and he has been great with making sure I have pain meds for the pain, but he is however only human and maybe he is making a mistake, Please some one give me thier input, has any one else experinced this and was it indeed a hemotoma? Or should I go for a second opinion?

I have some swelling behind my stitched of my tvt sling and the nurse did tell me that the hematoma can take 2 routes, it can either disolve into the tissues or it can so into the vaginal cannal and come out as bleeding so if I have some heaving bleeding in the next week or two not to get overly concerned.
