And indegestion.) It all sounds crazy to me but Im really tired of all the problems. If anyone can tell me there experiences with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks alot

Ovarian cancer after hysterectomy???

Hi Hope,
First I want to point out that the symptoms you're noting could be caused by many very much less serous conditions then cancer. In fact the reason ovarian cancer is difficult to detect in it's early stage is that it's symptoms mimic other diseases including for example irritable bowel syndrome.
The exact question you've raised was asked on a Mayo Clinic site and apparently the answer is yes though apparently it is very rare for this to occur http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/ovarian-cancer/AN01018
I hope you discuss your symptoms with your doctor so you can get fast relief.

Ovarian cancer after hysterectomy???

I asked my doctor this exact question a couple of weeks ago when we were discussing doing a radical hysterectomy and keeping my overies. She said that only 2-4% of people end up getting cancer in their overies after having a radical hysterectomy with invasive adneo carcinoma. She said that the overies should be checked every 6 months post surgury if kept.

Your symptoms do sound like it could be a lot of different things but it would be good to have them checked.
