Stormy Sunday, October 26th

Good Morning my BEST friends!

It's going to be very windy and stormy here today. Hopefully it doesn't blow any power lines down. That wouldn't be fun. We did leave one of the cars outside, just in case.

Today will be 3 one mile walks with DH and just working around the house I think. We'll need to put weights in our pockets to keep us from blowing away though.

Food, while not completely planned, will be OP because that's how we're eating now.

I just wanted to start the morning. I'll check back in later.

Happy Sunday Nancy... and all who pop in today!!

Today is just the perfect fall day... taking full advantage of this nice weather while it's still here to enjoy.

DH & I took a nice long walk down by the river, and I just came back from with the dogs. I'm going to relax & get some reading done now.

B - 3 pieces of turkey bacon & 1 scrambled egg
S - slice of apple pie
L/D - left over chicken w/ green beans & hot potato salad

Late night check in during a commercial break from the game. Go Phillies!!


Bkft: 1 pc french toast, 2 pcs scrapple, orange slices, coffee
Lunch: 1/2 sandwich (turkey ham w/swiss) on 12 grain bread, red seedless grapes, crystal lite
Dinner: beef stew, 2 grands bisquets
Snack: had trail mix and a 12 grain toast w/l.f. peanut butter

Got in plenty of walking - attended a car show - walked with neighbor this evening. So my steps were 11,000++ today!


Nancy - hope the storms don't do any damage in your area and hope they go north of us!

Sue - did you enjoy your reading? I'm just finishing another Stephanie Plum novel - so very funny.
