Fibromyalgia

I have been doing a lot of reading on Fibromyalgia cause I think that I have it and I was wondering if anyone who has endo might have this too. I'm also going to see a Rheumatologist about this but still wanting to know if there is a link to endo and fibro?

Fibromyalgia

Hey there! Not only do I have endo and fibro , but my name is also Jennifer I absolutely believe that is a connection and so do my GP and GYN. The Rheum. that I saw didn't, but she's not the who primarily manages everything. I did a bunch of research a few years back, I'll try to dig up the links. Glad to know another person out there "seeing" a connection. Keep me updated on your quest

Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with both endo and fibro. If you do research on endometriosis you will find that many women with endo also have fibromyalgia.

You may want to consider seeing a neurologist if you do not have success with the rheumatologist. I was diagnosed and treated by a neurologist who was quite helpful! There is discussion as to which field should be treating fibromyalgia as fibro has some unknows about it as well!

Take care! S
