Worried the dose isn't high enough

Hi- I am reading everyones messages and my question is this- I am on the 0.1 mg patch and I am worried that it isn't
enough. My biggest symptom is mental fogginess and confusion- I just cannot get my brain working. I am 50, I had a hysterectomy 3 mths ago and I kept my cervix and ovaries. I was perimenopausal before the surgery and i thought this patch would sort me out. would a larger dose help, and is it really bad for you? Help, thanks!

I would think if you are not having any hot flashes, that your dose is high enough.

You might talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
