bclady!

If you search this website for the hrt cocktail "recipe" - some sisters have tried that. I would suggest taking to your Dr about it and see what s/he recommends. It is worth a visit to see what options are available to you. Plus you are still early in your recovery, so you can expect to get tired easily. It can take 6-12 mo to be fully recovered.

I had blood tests and was totally anemic and found very low in Vit D. I had been extremely tired and had other symptoms, so went in to my dr with a list of what all was going on. I am now on Rx Vitamin D and Rx strength iron.

and call your doctor.

Hot Flashes and Always Tired

I am 5 weeks out of my hyst. I am having hot flashes and exhuasted in the afternoons. I went back to cosmetology school after 2 weeks, so I'm pretty busy during the day and then I have a 3 year old. I don't pick him up at all. I won't dare do that. I have had my Estrace upt to 2 mg a day but I'm think it needs to be higher dose. I'm gonna try to find the cocktail recipe. Thanks.
