lasagne--made easy

1-box- lasagne (no boil)
1-lg.-spegittie sauce (any flavor)
1 lb.-ground beef (oponial)(brown ground beef and add the sause to it) (set aside)
2 lb.-riccota cheese
1-16 oz mozzarella cheese (grated)


1-9x by-9x baking pan.
place a small amount of sauce to cover bottom of pan.
step 2-place 2 lasagne noodles in pan on sauce
step 3-spread med. thin coat of riccota cheese topped with mozzarella-step 4-place two more noodles and sauce on top
continue from step 2-doing this till the pan is filled.

foil cover pan.bake in oven on 350 for 45 mins.then uncover put mozzarella cheese on top and bake 15 mins.

take out let cool about 10 mins. makes 6 nice size pieces.you can cool longer cut wrap in plastic wrap or place in freezer bowl untill desired.freeze take out at least 1/2 hour before ready to fix.heat in microwave for 10 mins for one peice 15 mins for two pieces.

This was really great I tried it and I am going to make it before I go into surgery so that I can have things for my DH to warm up for my daughter that isn't crap.
