surgery date finally!

Just a quick woohoo that I finally have my date for my open myomectomy and possible hysterectomy. December 12th is the big day.

I have extremely large pedunculated fibroids underneath and behind my uterus, they're pushing my organs around and I already have Interstitial Cystitis. Besides that I'm OK, no endo, no adhesions or anything like that. The fibroids look fairly contained in that grouping. If I do lose my uterus (which is fine with me) I will get to keep my ovaries.

I'll be a brand new woman when we're all done! I'm soooo happy I wanted to share that with you guys! Thanks so much for all the info. I have upgraded my membership and I know this site will be a giant help in the weeks to come!
