still ovulate?

I'm just curious....if the surgeon leaves my ovaries will I still ovulate? My ovulation pains are horrendous (almost worse than period cramps) and I will not be happy to go thru this surgery and still have pain from ovulation.

Yep, if you have ovaries you can still ovulate. Just like normal, they can supress ovulation with drugs too.

Yes you will. And if you do not have your cervix removed, you may still experience mini-periods.

Yep you sure do, and it stinks, for me anyway. This is where the majority of my pain came from and post op I still have it grrrrrrrrrrr
