Fibroid size in relation to equivalent fetal size

Hi I'm new and notice that people post about their fibroids say being the size of a X week fetus. But I can't find out what size that means.
I have read somewhere that they consider hysterectomy when fibroids get to around a 14 week fetus stage. What size is this.
