Hysterectomy: July 30th, 2001

Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Removed both

Taco Salad

Really easy and good!

1lb hamburger browned and drained
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 head lettuce
1 bottle Western dressing
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
2c shredded cheddar cheese
2 sm cans sliced black olives (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 can kidney beans (drained)

Mix hamburger and taco seasoning. Crush chips in bag and mix all together except dressing. Add dressing before serving and toss well. This has been a big hit and now when we have get togethers everyone wants me to bring it.
