where to buy vitamin e suppository

Please help. I had a total hysterectomy on 9/22. I have been receiving acupuncture for emtional issues and hot flashes in which it has helped a great deal. Although, I have vaginal dryness, urgency to urinate and pain upon urination. Additionally, (I will try to explain this) no more plumpness in the vaginal labia area. I am so against using synthetic drugs, however, I just tried the estring. The side effects were too much for me (Breast ache, dizziness etc.) Obviously, it does get into your system and I on't want that. Can anyone suggest natural or alternative remedies that get to the root of the problem and not just mask the symptoms as KY jelly does. I have heard about vitamin e suppositories. How safe are they and where can I pruchase them. I have tried my local pharmacies to no avail. I really like walking into a store rather than purchasing over the internet. Some people just use vitamin E capsule, puncture it and and insert it. Each Carlson suppository contains 30 IU of natural-source Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), so you could look for those and try them. I would think it might be cheaper than the Carlson suppositories.
