Numbness in pubic area

I have fibroids (4 3 on the outside of the uterus the largest being 10X5X6cm). My last ultrasound was over a year ago and I saw a gyno a couple of months ago who did not examine me just looked at the reports (not the films) and said nothing needed to be done.

Anyhow the past couple of days I've noticed that the skin over my public bone area has gone numb.

Could this be due to the fibroid growing and pressing on something? I also have more constipation than I used to.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this.

Unfortunately, fibroids can cause all sorts of problems and, whilst I can't relate to the numbness, I can relate to the constipation and know many other ladies will, too.

As your symptoms appear to be worsening, I think it would be very wise to see your doctor again ~ will you let us know what you find out?
