Endo pain ~ hip and back

I'm 2 yrs and 4 mos out since my hyst and I know the endo has been back for some time now (same bowel issues, same pain in same places). My concern is that for the last couple of weeks, I'm experiencing hip and lower back pain. I've had pain in these places before but never this severe. It wakes me almost every night. I'm a side sleeper so when I wake in pain, I roll over to the other side and wake a couple hours later with that hip screaming out in pain. I'm tried heating pads, warm baths, advil/motrin, and even percocet. I can't keep using the percocet b/c of how it shuts down my bowels.
I will be calling to make an appt. with the gyn soon but until I can get in, any advice?

Endo pain ~ hip and back

My pain is primarily over my hips and in my lower back/pelvic region. The narcotic pain killers only help a bit, if I don't take prescription anti-inflammatories they don't do anything for me at all. A lot of people like Naproxen, when it didn't quite do the trick I switched to another kind to have some relief. It worked much better than Advil etc. I am waiting to get into my gyno at the start of February for the same reasons. I am trying a little bit of everything! Good luck

Endo pain ~ hip and back

Lower back pain, yeah. It kicked in at the same time my pelvic pain amped up. I hope you get relief very soon. Maybe something to help you sleep? Have you tried using heat? That often helps me, way more than you'd think.
