4 months post op swelly belly getting worse ~ dropped bladder?

4 months post op feel very distended and still swollen in lower abd worse then after surgery went to my primary care doc she recomendes ct ab/pelvis ? dropped bladder anyone else ?

It's good that you've seen your doctor and she's going to investigate with a scan. Will you let us know what you find out?

Hi Denise,
I am in a very similar boat to you - my surgery was the day before yours.
My tummy too is more swollen now than it was before the surgery. I am not sure what is causing it ... I am waiting to get an appointment with my GP - she is away at the moment. I didn't even think about a dropped bladder ... are you experiencing any other symptoms (bladder wise) or otherwise, that would make your Dr think that the bladder has dropped?
I hope you get answers soon ...

only other symptom was felt like i had to force urine out anyway had ct today cant tell if my bladder has dropped or not need to go to gyn for internal exam they found multiple cysts on the one ovary i have left one large one that ruptured so back to gyn i go gosh would have been better off with bso and hrt will see doc monday
