abdominal binder

I have a binder I got from the hystersisters and it is just wondeful! I can sleep on my side and walk with pure comfort. How long can I keep wearing it and for how many hours. Will wearing it to much make my tummy muscles weak? thanks

I didn't have the benefit of an abdominal binder but there are many ladies here who have and I hope some will be along soon to share.

In the meantime, if you try a Google Search of HysterSisters (towards the top right of every page), you'll find hundreds of experiences to read through. Maybe also check with your doctor for peace of mind?

I've the princess for vertical incision one. No it is not affecting anything negatively. I didn't have it on today. But I like the feel of compression - it helps me feel "in place' if that makes any sense..
