Vaginal dryness

I take the primarin 1.25 and estratest 1.25 my doctors have me rotate them out . The only thing i hate about them is my hair is falling out that is a major side affect to the primarin pill . every three months i go in for a check up since the longer your on the pills or cream the higher your chances are getting cancer . And the vaginal dryness is driving me crazy i have tried a lot of the over counter things the don't work .If anyone has any idea i will take them to young for these problems ..

Are you taking vaginal estrogen or just oral pill form hrt? I have found that the regular hrt one takes by mouth or patch does not help vaginal dryness and discomfort, as it just does not reach it somehow. I did not have any luck with over the counter lubricants.

I use Vagifem which is a pill you insert, but I have used the cream Estrace and it can help when one is extremely dry at first.
