Weigh again Weds, 11 Feb
 Morning!!
 Bonnie on those 20lbs gone!
Breakfast ~ muesli w/natural yoghurt
Lunch ~ ?
Dinner ~ chicken korma w/rice
It's my WW weigh in tonight, I did manage to get to the gym yesterday again, only managed 20 mins on the treadmill, then my DsD rang me with a family incident and I had to go! Oh well, all's well now anyway!
I managed to get the big pile of clothes that had accumulated in my bedroom sorted yesterday, threw some out, put some in the wash, ironed some and I'm going to look at new wardrobes on friday.
I can't stick the unorganisation any longer. The wardrobes from ikea that i want have been out of stock for ages, guess I need to change my plans a little
Right now, I'm needing my 2nd coffee of the day. I did manage more sleep last night, we're keeping Billy downstairs at the minute. the night before he was howling for his ladyfriend at 3am
She has been a calling at our door, which is really annoying. Who lets their dog in season out to play?
Off to get my 2nd cup, I'll try and pop in tonight and let you know if WW is happy or sad!

 Fran and all who follow,
Was OP yesterday. Since I ate such a light supper, I was famished this morn and had extra for breakfast:
B - 3/4 cup high fiber(hf) cereal, milk, cup of egg noodles w/lf cottage cheese/smart balance butter(for dinner it's great w/red cabbage slaw) coffee, 1/2 hf english muffin.
L - soup. salad, 4cheese hot pocket
D- lentil meat loaf (if I get cook), if not, lean butter squash ravioli, salad, soup if still hungry
S - fruit, couple sm pieces of dark chocolate(every 3rd day for yummy anti-oxidant.
I did not swim as given high temps they did not heat pool and water temp below 80 is not good for these old, arthritic bones. Exercise included 20 min walk, an hour + of house work (cleaning floors, dusting )raking leaves still there from fall and brushing Leon, my "Maine Coon" tom - that IS hard work as he has an undercoat that easily snarls and while he tries to cooperate, at 25 lbs he's still quite an armfull.
Hope everyone has a good and OP day.

Good Afternoon Fran and Peggie Sue and all who follow!
Bonnie: AWESOME job on the 20 lbs...
I have jury duty this week and have spent the last 2 days on a case. I am so glad to be free today, but I do have to go back tomorrow. Hopefully I won't get picked again and I can go home! That would be great!
Today I have done laundry, swept and mopped the kitchen floor and that has been my only exercise so far. I called yesterday to get the cost of Curves. I really am thinking of going back. I need that encouragement! You ladies seem to do very well with it.
Nancy: our Curves doesnt have the Curves smart. She said they have had so many problems with it, that until those issues are ironed out, she's not willing to put the $ into it.
Has it benefited you?
Food so far: B: 1 egg, 1 piece of sausage
L: still deciding?
D: brunswick stew that I have in the crock pot
Well that's about it for me. this is what I feel like with my life right now!
