granulation tissue removal at +- 4 months post op

HI there
Has anyone else had granulations tissue removal after hyst.I had mine almost 2 weeks ago and it still hurts.I was in there today to feel as I only had the pain when I was touched.I only felt extremely lightly and I nearly went through the roof.I had such bad cramps afterwards I had to take something.I also had the lydocaine and steroid injection that was supposed to kill the vaginal cuff for a while.I don't think it has done anything. I am so scared to go back on the 3/2.It feels like it is not better unless it will all heal by then.I still have the alwsul dead fish smell. It is worse by the end of the day.

If anyone has had this done please let me know how your experinces was?I would really like some input.I know everyones situation is different and our bodies are different.THanks again.

Hi,
I had granulation tissue cauterized with silver nitrate at aprox. 3 1/2 months. I am now at 4 1/2 months and I am still sore especially when intimate with my husband. I really can't give you any specific advice or answers but I did want to say that I hope you are feeling better and you are not alone.

Thank you for your concerns.I had it cauterized 7 times with silver nitrate and the last time I went in he actually took off the pieces of granulation tissue as he said that they are not going to heal unless he removes them.It was extremely painful.I thought that he had to do that under general anth. but I guess not. Thanks again.Hugs to you too.
