bladder sling at the same time as TAH

Hello Ladies

I Have 2 questions... Has anyone had a monarch bladder sling at the same time as their TAH? I do prefer to hear more of the positive outcomes than negitive... ... Also has anyone had what I hear is called a "mini tummy tuck" preformed by their DR. during TAH?
Thank you for all of you help and experiances...

bladder sling at the same time as TAH

I had a sling 2 weeks ago when I had my vaginal hyster.
It is attached at my groin and you can feel a little bump inside my thigh. I don't know if it will always be there but I imagine that it will.
I haven't noticed any difference YET, but it is still very early and there may still be some swelling.
I really hope that it does what it is supposed to do, regardless, it will support my bladder so it won't continue to prolapse.
I have been recovering very nicely and have not felt any discomfort from the sling.
I guess it is a wait and see on how well it works for me.
To be honest, I have friends who have had fabulous success and some that it didn't work at all.
Good luck to you and I hope you find some answers here on the board,
