Vitamin e suppositories or vitamin e oil?

To repeat an earlier question, has anyone tried the vitamin e suppositories or just plain vit e oil?

Yes its ok.I used to use vit e oil capsules but I always felt "icky" and had a yellow discharge.It also gave me a weird smell in that area. I think it was the capsule melting that was the problem.
I have heard that the suppositories are excellent. I can't get them in UK so I have never tried them.

I am using a vaginal moisturizer with aloe and vitamin e. I have also used plain vitamin e oil, but have not tried the suppositories yet, although I have been meaning to order them online. I am having good results, and am gradually feeling less sensitive.
