my bi est cream - putting it on

I was just wondering for those of you using the cream hormones, how well do you rub it in when you're applying it?
I find myself rubbing it in quite well so it's not really visable any longer. Is that too much? Should I let it sink in by itself?

my bi est cream - putting it on

Hi!

Years ago when I was using bi-est cream I rubbed it in until it disappeared, the same as if I were applying any moisturizer. You want to rub it in well enough so that it's absorbed into your skin so it won't rub off on your clothing, other people, pets, etc. It sounds like you're doing the right thing.

I hope this helps!
