Anyone tried Menersa? Outcomes?

I am 6 weeks post op and the hot flashes are coming on heavier than before. I am not crazy about the idea of synthetic HRT. I have been researching bio-chemical and others when I came across Menersa. Has anyone tried it with success. I would love to hear from someone who knows about it.

I did a Search on it here and I found one thread on it with some information from one of our hormone hostesses.

Re: Anyone tried Menersa? Outcomes?

I am trying Menersa. I started taking one tablet twice daily while still on the Vivelle patch. Last night I did not put the patch on and took 2 Menersa tablets (normal dose). I didn't sleep at all last night, and today I feel weak and washed-out.

I have tried going off HRT several times in the past and I always have this awful tired feeling when I do. I would like to find a HRT alternative, but I just feel better on HRT.

Anyone else have this type of issue when going off HRT?

Re: Anyone tried Menersa? Outcomes?

Hi, I tried Menersa for 6 weeks, although I felt better, one dissapointment I had was I gained at least 4 pounds, on their web site they suggested a weight loss pill along with the vitamins, but I didnt feel like I needed to lose lbs. I didnt purchase the weight loss part. Upon looking at the ingredients, I noticed that cellulose is one of the ingredients, it is not digestable by humans, also it contains sugar too. So I stopped taking them. I hope you have better luck...
