Good morning BEST friends!
Up and at 'em...today the Women's Activity Challenge starts...did you all get an updated notification...I know Nancy did and I updated mine this morning.
Fran, where are you? Things ok across the pond?

Ok, now that I blew it yesterday at the birthday party I am ready to have my do-over day!
B-WW bagel with part skim ricotta & polenar all fruit
L-Salad - hope to go out with DH & some friends!
D-Something on the grill sounds yummy and a salad
S-fruit
Water, water and more water...I need to get on target for this week. Glad my weigh in is on a Thursday!

Exercise-walking through church (it's big)...I iced my knee all night and took an anti-inflamatory, and this morning the swelling was down quite a bit. See the ortho doc in the morning.
Off to then church.

Good Morning Ali and all who follow,
Another rainy day but the flowers (daffodils) are all a bloom and birds even came to the feeder so Spring is around the corner and that makes me happy.
Meal plans but not firm 'cept breakfast.
B- 2eggs, eng. muffin, coffee
L- soup, salad with tuna
D - chili tamale pie - using higher fiber corn meal, salad
S- salad, low carb bar(s)
Ali - hope u get good news from the doc tomorrow; take it easy on the knee till then.
Fran - we miss you!
Next week DH wants to go back on the Atkins diet, he does well on it from the beginning but eventually falls of the wagon as IMHO it is too restrictive. I will start the South Beach 1st 2 week phase which is close to Atkins- so don't spend double in meal planning - but allows some "good" carbs.
Well, better finish my coffee and get ready for church.Have an OP Sunday everyone!.

Morning everyone!!

I finally got caught up on some needed sleep this morning I feel like a new person... and think I've finally adjusted to the new time change.

Food today should be OP:

B - kashi cereal w/ 1% milk
S - cantaloupe
L/D - chicken w/ cole slaw
S - apple

Exercise -- I like the new Women's Tracker set up, and have been online setting my new goals for this week. So, I'll get 30 minutes on the sometime today, as well as walking the boys.

Ali... to your DgD... bet it was nice to see DH home this weekend too!!

Barri... hope you're feeling better

Nancy... Happy Anniversary.

Bonnie... take it easy on that foot!

Sharon... Hang in there with DD... things have a way of working themselves out given time...

Hi Everyone,
Checking my email and saw a reminder to post! I wanted to stop by and say hello, knowing me, who knows when I will be back!! Especially after all of that driving. It will all be worthwhile, I know.
It's been raining all weekend. We went to church this morning and have hung out at home all weekend. We have had some major home improvements that have had to be done. DH has been working really hard. It's nice to have DD back at home. Who knows what we can believe, but at least she is safe and I know she is eating and where she is.
Thanks for the encouragement!
Food today: B: 1 egg, L: some taco meat, beans and a few taco chips...yummy. We have our Bible study tonite and DH is cooking some deermeat in the oven, its very good.
I start new classes tomorrow night. I hope this 8 weeks will be better than the last!

Sharon - glad your happier now that your sure DD is safe. Hope things go smoothly from now on.

Ladies - I wont' be here for several days. DH and I are taking a road trip :steer: down to the Fredericksburg, VA and Williamsburg, VA area. We leave tomorrow morning and will be home sometime Thrusday. Worked out well with DD being off school this week and our ducks falling into a row.
