Can you use progesterone with estrogen?

I have a question. Is it ok to use progestrone cream with out the estrogen?

Can you use progesterone with estrogen?


Many do use progesterone after a hysterectomy. It is not for everyone, but some of us have found it to be the missing ingredient to finding balance. You can read more about progesterone in the articles at www.hormonejungle.com

According to Dr. Lee, many women do. I need the estrogen though (plus progesterone).
