Midlife Practitioner!!
When I had my Hyster my Gyn switched me from Prempro to Premarin. At my 6 week he upped my dose. I've been reading up on the necessity for Progesterone in conjunction with the Estrogen, even though the doctor says that Estrogen alone is enough!! I got busy looking for a provider who would look at HRT from all sides and not just give me Estrogen and send me on my way. I found a Midlife Coordinator in my area who will work with me to find the most appropriate course for me to take as I work toward Hormonal Balance..... My appointment is for May 11!! I feel like I just won the Lottery!! |
