dancing after A&P repairs

Hi, just wondering, I had A&P repairs done 6 weeks ago. I am feeling better now and often feel like dancing around a little bit while working in the kitchen if I have music on. I know we are supposed to limit activities for 12 weeks but do you think dancing around a little is considered strenuous activity? It lightens my mood!
I am also eager to test my bladder which has leaked while dancing for at least 5 years, just normal dancing not ballroom or anything like that.??

Re: dancing after A&P repairs

You only have one chance to heal correctly so just wait it out. Nothing's more important than a successful repair. trust me I over did it and failed myself once. My second surgery I didn't make that mistake again. YES you feel good but you're not healed yet.
