Herbal Equilibrium and Women-to-Women site for weaning off HRT?

I would love to hear about any experiences people have had with trying to either lower the dose or wean themselves off of HRT, by using the recommended supplements and support offered on this site. Herbal Equilibrium seems to be a fairly new product (in the last year or two). How has it worked for people?

I recently had a mammogram which showed changes in breast density (which matches the increased breast tenderness I am experiencing lately). I also think I have Dry Eye Syndrome and so I thought I'd try to cut back on my Vivelle Dot .05. I just tried on my own to reduce it one notch to .0375 and couldn't even make it past 3 whole days! My dh said my whole body was shaking in the middle of the night! I felt so jittery and tired by the 3rd day! And yet I'd like to be able to start cutting back on HRT. Has anyone had success using Women-to-Women and their starter program for going off of HRT... particularly those who no longer have ovaries?
