not urinating much

Hi everyone,

I love getting messages from you and I also enjoy sending to those of you with similar experiences.

Why don't I pee??? I drink water, have soup, coffee, etc, probably more fluid than ever, I don't do enough to sweat, and yet I'm in the bathroom only 3 or four times every 24 hours! Sometimes I hardly go at all. I know it's not in my bladder because I don't feel any pressure to go. I don't have a UTI, no burning, no pain or urgency. Are my healing insides soaking up all my water? I don't even have much of a swelly belly, lost 8 pounds already, 12 days post surgery. I think I was puffing out from the endo and adhesions before, and now (At 44 when it really matters not!) I finally have an almost flat tummy. But I don't understand the lack of urination. I see the doc for 2 week post op on Friday. Anyone else have this problem?

HI THERE..YA KNOW I DONT THINK THAT SOUNDS RIGHT!!ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE FLUIDS YOU ARE DRINKING.IM ALWAYS THE ONE SAYING BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY CALL THE DR OR NURSE AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY.FROM DAY ONE HAS IT BEEN LIKE THAT??MAYBE KEEP A LOG ON WHAT YOU DRINK AND HOW MANY TIMES YOU PEE...GOSH LET ME KNOWDONT WANT TO MEES WITH THE PLUMBING NOW!!
