Cystocele coming back 5 months post hysterectomy/repair!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm freaking out here!! I had a TVH with anterior and posterior repair and TVT bladder lift 5 months ago. All was going well but in the last couple of weeks I've noticed a bulge that seemed slightly like the cystocele I had before hysterectomy. Today it's definitely a bulge that I can feel when I'm in the shower. It's not huge but it's there. I can't believe this!!! I'm going to call the surgeon tomorrow and make an appointment to see him again but I just hoped some-one may have some words of encouragement or tell me that it's not a cytocele or something :-(

I haven't lifted more than 20# in the last few months and before that I followed the surgeons orders to the letter! I've done some running and gym training but as I said I haven't lifted more that 2 x 10# weights when I do biceps curls or shoulder press. Surely this wasn't too much? I'm so afraid the surgeon will say it was all my fault and I ruined his work :-( I didn't lift any weights at all before the 8 week mark.

Do you think I'll have to have more surgery?? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks so much and I'd be grateful for any thoughts! FarrahMichelle (fighting back tears!)
