Hysterectomy: May 13th, 2009

Surgery Type: LSH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Can a sling be done in a LSH?

I'm going to have a LSH done next month. Doctor says he can do a sling too. Can this be done lapriscopically? I'm confused.

If it is a TVT sling, no - it is vaginal. I too had the Lap surgery with a TVT sling at the same time - common procedure.
