Waited so long now finally did it ! (TLH)

After years of chronic pelvic pain from adhesions, abnormal heavy bleeding and multiple surgies I finally agreed to do it!On 4-9-09 i had a TLH(Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy) kept ovaries The first week was really hard since I have allergies to most pain medications. After my sugery i was in alot of pain, i ended up vomiting and had horrible nausea. I was discharged home on the 2nd day and started taking extra strength tylenol and immediatley felt much better. Today is the 19th day since my surgery, I still get tired easly, have pain when i'am up to long, and my bladder still has the twinging feeling when i go to the restroom, but iam drinking alot of water which seems to help and i started using my juicer for the first time and the fresh fruit juice helps me go to the restroom and thats a major first since iam the queenof constipation. i am just taking one day at a time and ive been so encouraged by all of you and i feel really blessed to know that iam not going through this alone and what im feeling is pretty normal. So thank you all for your honesty, openness, and encouragement and lets not forget this to shall pass .
