Enjuvia

Just wondering if anyone has taken Enjuvia? My doc put me on that and I start it tomarrow. I got a patch when I went into the OR and it will come off in the morning and I will start the Enjuvia. My doctor then said since I kept my cervix I am a GREAT candidate for the vaginal estrogen ring. Has anyone taken it? I am so confused with all the hormone stuff. Thanks for your replies.

Re: Enjuvia

If you mean Femring, then yes, many of us are using it. I don't have a cervix and use it, though it tends to move around a bit (probably because of the lack of cervix). I love the continuity of the delivery of estrogen without the ups and downs like with the patch. Mine doesn't seem to be lasting 3 months though. You can search on this site for Femring and will see many comments on it.
The other ring is Estring which delivers estrogen to the vaginal area only, not systemically like Femring.

Re: Enjuvia

Enjuvia was my third estrogen. I felt much better than with Estradiol and the patch. In the end, it wasn't enough to meet my needs. If we weren't all so different, they wouldn't have so many different forms of medicine. Hope it works for you!
