Cinco de Mayo ...May 5th 09

Good Morning

Well, I am have been on the for 30 minutes and some sit-ups afterwards.

As usual a busy day ... housework, and of course

Food ...

Pre-B ... toast w/pb and tea
B ... WW smoothie w/strawberries and 1% milk
L ... steamed broccoli
D ... pork tacos (I will make mine a salad)
S ... banana, mandrine oranges, WW multi-grain crisps w/ 1/2 C cottage cheese.

Hi Barri and those who follow
I'm trying to get regular exercise so restarted my walks to the PO, about 2.0 miles r/t and will try to go daily with Sun a day of rest :smile. Also will swim 20 min whenever I can find a partner. OK, made my "vow" re exercise. Diet will be healthy and back to vegetarian whenever possible; I've added some turkey/chicken but just does no agree with my pancreas probs.
Food today
B - toast, egg, coffee
L -salad w/protein (beans)
D -soup, 2 pieces thin crust veggie pizza
S- strawberries, banana, apple
