Small amount of bleeding and small opening of incision

4 wks post op. didn't wear swelly belly band to work to day.BIG mistake. having nite and day sweats so i thought my incision needed air. Skin is red from sweating and surgical tape. had a little blood from incision in shower yesterday DH told me a " very small opening" should i be concerned?
Hysterectomy with removal of tubes. Ovaries intact.

I would call the doctor and see what he thinks. He may be able to suggest what to do if anything is to be done.
