Endo on rectum?

Hello..I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis during a laproscopy/hysterscopy. I have been experiencing back pain and leg pain. I have also noticed pain in rectum, I actually thought maybe it was due to gas or constipation. Did you have pain prior to the dr's discovering the endo was on your rectum?

As you just had a laparoscopy, was endometriosis found? If not, likely your rectal pain is not from endo.

The pain I experienced in and around my rectum was from an adhesion in that area. It was horrible! Did your doctor find adhesions?

Gas and constipation can cause terrible pain in various parts of the body so those could be the culprits!

Have you talked to your doctor about this specific pain and what it might be?

Yuck!!! One more place to worry about them finding endo. I really hate this terrible disease Kris

I didn't know I had endo until surgery on 5/18. I did have pain down my legs and during bm's while having a period. My dr. did find some endo, including on my rectum. She hit it with a laser and doesn't think it will be a problem.
