Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm hopeing to squeeze in some exercise today, should go do it before my shift. Will stay OP today, think I will take some food to work that will help. Just couldn't find enough options at work yesterday to eat. Getting into a rut, time to mix it up a little. Only saw a .2 loss this week, actually now that I remember I put on .4 while my parents were here that means it was .6, thats not too bad at least its going in the right direction.

Looking forward to a day off tomorrow, going to test out that new BBQ that I just bought DH.

Was really trying to meet my goal for the womans challenge but having a hard time getting in the weight bearing exercises.

Ok ladies don't play too hard this weekend.
