More advise for hospital recovery...

Home today after surgery on Monday at 4:30. my best advise to you is walk walk walk! I was up at 2:30 in the morning after I had my surgery. Yesterday, I walked seven times instead of the "required" four and today I am up walking/ showering unassisted. Get the pain meds you need to walk. Dont allow yourself to "cramp up." I've had three c-sections before this and have made that mistake in the past. So... WALK LADIES!!! It is amazing how much better you will feel!
