Feeling exhausted, confused about hrt

I have not been intimate since March!! I had to deal witht the Fistula issue so its been a while. I go back to dr Monday. Hubby is anixous!! I am alittle scared because of my issues down there!!! I am still having trouble sleeping, oh so confused on the HRT or supplement thing!!! I really only have the sleehonkerblonkue so I do not know. I have been back at work a couple of weeks I am exhausted and wea feeling. I am havng issues at work too!!! Some pople just do not have a clue how tired I am and what I have been through. I promise it was not a vacation!!
