Take it in on the run... Tuesday, Aug 4

Good day BEST team,

Hope all is well as folks are out on holidays and visiting with family members.

Meals
B - cereal, 1/4 cup juice, bit of PB and half a pear
L - tuna, crackers and veggies
S- G bar
D - greek chicken, brown rice & spinach and salad

Exercise - walk and stairs

B - 100 yards for one M & M..... gee that would make an interesting obstacle course

Hi Kay and all who follow!

It's a busy day here today...house blessing and laundry by the ton! DS17 returned from camp this weekend, so I'm frantically trying to catch up.

Food...the same
Dinner...vegetable casserole (low fat)

Exercise...I did the DVD and bike this morning and am thinking of trying the 2 mile walk today (tonight). I'm anxious to see if I can handle it (it's actually a low impact aerobics DVD) but don't want to over do and burn out. What to do? I'll keep you posted.

Kay...I keep thinking of your stair climbing. Awesome goals.
Bonnie...Congrats on the accomplishments.
Ali...I'm curious. Why is the chiropractor suggesting the food combining? I've been doing it (part of my new plan) and find that my energy is much higher, mood is better, digestion is better, etc. Maybe it's the low GI? I don't kow...just know I feel better. No dairy? Did she say why no dairy?

Okay...off to check on dinner...

Hi ladies,
food has been OP, ate out a little over the weekend, but not too bad.

Have been having to tell myself no at work about eating stuff there, pizza etc, don't like that i'm even tempted. usually its no problem to stay op, just have the desire to stay that way, but lately seems like I just want to eat the bad stuff. Can never tell where my cycle is but if I was to guess, I would say im pmsing. ugh.

still exercising at least 3 to 4 times a week. feels good to do that.
Well Im off to bed, actually already in bed, with laptop on my lap. LOL
